Whether it’s exercise in nature, sightseeing in the city centre or cultural experiences around Salzburg. The city of Mozart has many impressive sights and places that you can explore from the Pflegerbrücke. In addition to a cycle path and numerous footpaths, the bus connection also takes you directly to the most beautiful places in the city or out into the countryside.
While parents enjoy a break in the guest garden, the little ones can let off steam in the hotel’s own large playground. Don’t worry if your children are not with you for a while. They are sure to run around in one of the many play areas that the Pflegerbrücke offers kids. To the delight of young and old alike, we have set up a playground with a large green area right next to the guest garden. So you can always keep an eye on the children. If it’s not so nice outside or winter has arrived, the kids can enjoy an indoor playroom with table football and many other highlights. From the Pflegerbrücke bridge, you can also reach Hellbrunn Zoo and other family excursion destinations in no time at all. Fun and action are guaranteed.
Walk in Mozart’s footsteps, experience the “Sound of Music” or visit the Salzburg Festival. All these experiences are a real must for visitors to Salzburg – as is a visit to the Pflegerbrücke. Our inn is the perfect starting point for exploring the city or as a destination after an extensive sightseeing tour.

Hellbrunn Palace with its wonderful park and the ancient stone theatre are just a few kilometres away, as is the cable car up to the Untersberg. Hiking, cycling, climbing, skiing, paragliding – the surrounding mountains are just waiting to be explored. Or take a leisurely swim in the Salzburg lakes. The Salzkammergut and neighbouring Bavaria are also worth a trip.

On a sunny day, there are countless bikes parked in front of and around our inn. No wonder, as our Pflegerbrücke is located in the centre of the Tauern Cycle Path and is a popular excursion destination for families and amateur athletes. Just around the corner is also the surfing wave on the Almkanal.

Not only in Salzburg’s city centre with the world-famous Getreidegasse can you stroll through shops and shops, but also in the surrounding shopping centres such as Salzburg’s Europark and the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Salzburg. The Congress Centre in the city centre and the Salzburg Exhibition Centre are also within easy reach.
