Those who prefer to help themselves have a full choice at our Heurigen buffet. As the Pflegerbrücke is known for its homemade desserts, you should not miss out on one of these.

At our buffet you will find the best that Austrian cuisine has to offer. It combines delicious hot dishes and classics from the cold kitchen. Hot delicacies such as roast pork and fried chicken, plus classics from the cold kitchen such as beef salad, spreads and a variety of salads. In short: At our Heurigen buffet you will find everything that belongs to a true Heurigen buffet.

We offer our dishes continuously from 11.30 am to 8.30 pm. In addition, the seasonally changing menu offers selected specialities. Depending on the season, for example, we spoil you with asparagus, game or special Christmas dishes.

A sweet dessert is the crowning glory of every meal. Our in-house pastry chef bakes a variety of cakes and tarts every day – according to our own recipe, of course. From strudel and puff pastry to homemade cakes – all sweet dreams are fulfilled here. These sweet delicacies can be enjoyed at the Pflegerbrücke or taken home with you.

Ofenstube

The Gasthaus Pflegerbrücke offers the perfect variety to make your celebration unique and special. No matter what the occasion – confirmation, christening, birthday, Christmas or company party – an experienced team and a dedicated and hard-working Kohlstätter family are at your side. There are four different parlours to choose from during your visit – plus a shady garden directly in front of the house in summer. Tiled stoves provide cosy warmth in several of the parlours during the cold season. The individually designed decorations on the ceiling are a real highlight in the Ofenstube. Up to 85 guests can be catered for in the Ofenstube.

Festivals and celebrations

Gartenstube

The cosy garden parlour offers space for up to 70 people. You can also celebrate parties and festivities with your loved ones here. The handmade stove provides pleasant warmth and cosiness in winter. Our hotel guests enjoy the rich breakfast buffet in the garden parlour

Untersbergstube

The Untersbergstube offers space for up to 45 people. From here you have a direct view of the Untersberg – our local mountain.

Small and fine

Zirbenstube

Made from Swiss stone pine and combined with warm colours – our cosy “Zirbenstube” offers all of this. With room for around 25 people, the atmosphere never fails to surprise and is ideal for family celebrations, birthday parties, christenings or even first communions, graduations or anniversaries.
