The EU General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act 2000 and the Data Protection Amendment Act 2018 serve the right to protection of personal data. We process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, DSG 2018, TKG 2003).

Purpose limitation, legal basis, storage duration and data recipients
We require the personal data collected for the fulfilment of our business purposes, which are as follows Contact information of our suppliers and customers: First name, surname, email address, telephone number for the purpose of making contact, Customer information: First name, surname, email address, telephone number, address for the purpose of selling our products. The data is collected, stored, processed and used for this purpose.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is on the one hand contract fulfilment (e.g. online purchase), legitimate interests, the fulfilment of our legal or contractual obligations and on the other hand your consent (e.g. contact form, newsletter, cookies). Failure to provide the data may have various consequences.
Where necessary, we process your personal data for the duration of the entire business relationship (from the initiation, processing to the termination of a contract) and beyond in accordance with the statutory retention and documentation obligations arising from the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB), the Federal Fiscal Code (BAO) and until the end of any legal disputes, ongoing warranty and guarantee periods, etc.
As part of the operation of our websites, we commission processors who may gain access to your personal data in the course of their activities if they require the data to fulfil their respective services. These processors have undertaken to comply with the applicable data protection regulations. Data processing contracts have been concluded in accordance with Art 28 GDPR.
Contact form
Your details, including personal data from our contact form, will be transmitted to us via our own mail server, processed and stored by us in order to process your enquiry. This data will not be collected or passed on without your consent. We cannot process your enquiry without this data. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit a (consent)
Cookies, other tracking tools and web analytics
Cookies, other tracking technologies and functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics (see Google Analytics) can be used on our website in a variety of ways. Cookies are small pieces of text information that make it possible to recognise the user and analyse your use of our websites. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there. They serve to make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure overall. Cookies are also used to measure the frequency of page views and for general navigation.

Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymised [e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits]. This means that only a rough localisation is possible.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
